Payment Methods
Unimpressively, Speedify does not accept anonymous payment methods, such as: Bitcoin. However, regular payments are accepted, like: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Discover and JCB. The reason why we encourage anonymous payment methods is that they are more secure and provide more anonymity. In this way, your personal information will not be compromised.
Free Trial & Refund
Speedify is one of the few VPN service providers that offer a free VPN package. The downside is that the free VPN plan is limited to 1GB per month. So, it is not ideal for online streaming, but it is not bad for some safe browsing.
As for their refund policy, Speedify boasts about offering 30-day money-back guarantee for dissatisfied users as stated on their website:
“we offer a very generous moneyback guarantee policy. Subscribers to the Service may cancel their subscription and, upon request to support@speedify.com, receive a full refund within the first 30 calendar days after purchase. Refunds will only be issued to account holders who voluntarily cancel their subscription to the Service within the aforementioned period after purchase.”
Privacy Policy
Speedify does not log traffic data nor does it monitor any online activity of any user. This is clearly stated on the privacy policy page:
“We do NOT throttle, rate-limit, monitor, record, or store the content of your Internet activities. Certain protocols, such as “torrents” or Tor, may be blocked on some or all servers. We do not log the contents of your data sent or received through the Service.”
Only some information is kept in the records, this includes:
“The following user specific logging data are captured by the servers: (1) the time and network location from which an initial Speedify connection was made; (2) the amount of data transferred, and (3) the duration of the Speedify connection. This information enables Connectify to troubleshoot issues, and improve performance. So we can furnish you with bandwidth usage reporting, and features that may require it, we may store bandwidth statistics.”

Security & Encryption
Speedify uses military grade encryption and relies on “ChaCha encryption cipher” in order to bring extremely fast speeds to portable devices “at 3 times the speeds of the AES ciphers that most other VPNs use” as advertised on their website. They also use DLTS over UDP using using TLS_ECDHE_ECDSA_with_CHACHA20_POLY1305_SHA256 for security especially when it comes to social media platforms and email services.
Servers & Bandwidth
Speedify boasts an impressive network of servers with over 1000 servers in more than 40 important locations, including: USA, UK, AUSTRIA, FRANCE, BELGIUM, IRELAND, GERMANY, ITALY, ROMANIA, POLAND, JAPAN, ISRAEL, INDIA, HONG KONG, SINGAPORE, NETHERLANDS, FRANCE, NORWAY, CANADA, SPAIN, BRAZIL, AUSTRALIA, SWITZERLAND, and many more.
As for bandwidth, Speedify offers unlimited bandwidth for premium packages without throttling. Users can easily enjoy online streaming (except Netflix) buffer-free.
Platform Compatibility
Speedify runs on a limited number of platforms, including: Windows, Android, Mac OS and iOS. It is mainly developed to run on mobile devices, but it expanded to also operate on desktops and laptops as well.
Support
Support is limited to an email ticketing system. This means that you can submit your inquiry in a message and you will receive a reply at the email address you have provided. The support team is available to answer all your queries from 9am to 5pm EST.
Other features include 5 simultaneous connections, P2P and torrent sharing, automatic failover between connections and the Channel Bonding Mode feature which utilises all network channels available for you to give your VPN connection a speed boost and makes sure that your data traffic is not leaked out of your VPN connection; i.e, it acts as both as a speed booster and a leak protection.
